- First-Class or 2:1 Psychology degree from a top 20 UK University
- Experience working with children with SEN is essential
- Excellent communication skills, with an empathetic and patient nature when supporting students
Aspiring Educational Psychologist | Job Role- Provide tailored support to small groups of students, both within the classroom and during focused intervention sessions.
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students
- Offer pastoral care to help students feel valued, understood, and supported in school
- Using a composed approach to de-escalate situations, ensuring a safe environment for students
- Work alongside qualified SEMH professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
